Our client based at Blackfriars are looking for a Building Services Manager who has a strong M & E background preferably with an electrical bias and experience of managing a site or contract with a demanding client. Responsible for P & L to Ј750k our client will consider candidates who have not previously held P & L responsibility but must have considerable experience in a building services environment and be able to demonstrate outstanding client facing skills. Coupled with this the ideal manager will be a proactive type with loads of energy and enthusiasm who is committed to enhancing their career. Initially based on the Blackfriars site the opportunity exists to assume control of other buildings once you have established yourself.
